If you can show success on a practice test, Asher will give you a voucher to take the real test at NO COST TO YOU. Testing is done only at a GED Test facility. Testers must register and pay online (GED.com). Testers must pay by credit or debit cards. The cost to take the total test is $150.00. The cost for the test is $37.50 per module. The scores from the old test are not compatible with the current test old scores cannot be transferred. What if I have tested in 2013 (or earlier) and did not pass? You can earn three score levels on your test: GED Passing Score (145-164), GED College Ready (165-174), and GED College Ready and Credit (175-200). The modules will have a score range of 100 to 200. The test consists of four modules: language arts, mathematical reasoning, science, and social studies.
